The character festival "Moji Fes." Held by Fontworks Inc. with Camp Inc. will be held in "Letterpress TOKYO 2019" (August 30th to September 1st) and "Design Scramble 2019" (October 12th). A collaboration project will be held on the 13th).

While there are many “Mincho typefaces that have no airy presence”, the Chikushi typeface that gives a sense of “warmth” and “nostalgia” is a typeface that is familiar to the taste of letterpress printing due to its beautiful shape. is. We will hold a workshop where you can fully enjoy the analog beauty expressed by Chikushi typeface through letterpress printing.

Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1957. Graduated from Chikuyo Gakuen High School Design Department.
Joined Shaken Character Design Department of Phototypesetting Machine Co., Ltd. in 1975.
Fontworks Inc. in 1998 and developed many typefaces including Tsukushi typeface.
In 2016, appeared on NHK "Professional Work Style".
Received the 2010 Tokyo TDC Award. Received the Tokyo TDC Award 2018 Type Design Award.

Hiroyuki Sekiguchi (Web Font Evangelist)
After engaging in product planning for Japanese DTP systems and printers in the 1980s, he joined Softbank Giken (currently Softbank Technology) in 1995. Engaged in numerous new business projects for the past 20 years, including the launch of Yahoo! JAPAN. Currently, he travels all over Japan as an evangelist for the web font service "FONTPLUS".
Appeared in many articles and classes related to characters and fonts on online media such as Web staff Forum, Mynavi IT Search +, Daily Digital Creators, and Schoo.
