From the new LETS that has been available since February 2021, we have started to provide the new function "Group Function".
By using the "group function", the administrator can make multiple contracts for licenses, and it is possible to manage them collectively in units called "groups".
You can manage multiple licenses for each company at once, or you can divide the management authority for each department and multiple people. You can use the administrator authority function according to the operating environment.
* The "group function" added this time can be used by corporate members who have a contract for the new LETS at no additional cost. A separate procedure is required to use the service.
* To use this function, you need to update the LETS desktop app.
New function "Group function"
The unit of a group of accounts is called "group", and you can use the "group function" by selecting the account type "group" at the time of application.
You can centrally manage multiple licenses for each company, and you can divide the management authority for each department and multiple people, so you can use the optimal administrator function according to the operating environment.
* Group functions cannot be used by those who have a contract with LETS for students or an individual account.
* Accounts with the same email address cannot belong to multiple groups.

Convenient management function
A total of 4 types of user settings can be set for each group, and the roles of group management can be divided. The owner of the management authority can manage it on the management screen in the desktop application of LETS.

(1) "Owner": A holder of all authority regarding management. You will be responsible for the group.
(2) "Contractor": A holder of authority regarding the contract. You can renew your contract.
③ "Account administrator": Account-related privileges. Members can be invited and licenses can be granted.
④ "Member": Only LETS can be used.

Contract management
The contractor can renew or add a license on the "Contract Management Page".
