Since the morning of Friday, November 1st, a problem has occurred with our email service, making it impossible to send notification emails from various services and the website. The problem is still ongoing, so we are currently working to restore the service.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to customers who use our services. However, activated fonts and web fonts will remain available for use.

[Scope of impact]
Notification emails regarding the Fontworks corporate website and the New LETS, Old LETS, FONTPLUS, and mojimo services are not being sent.
*This also includes notification emails sent when you use the above sites online.

Specifically, the following operations cannot be performed on each site:
・Password change
・New account registration
・Add members
