Fontworks Inc. is pleased to inform you that the following measures will be taken for users affected by the recent earthquake.
The information regarding this special response and the new license certificate are scheduled to be shipped from the end of May based on the current delivery status of the target area. If you do not receive the information, Contact Us Support Center.
* At the time of shipment, we will respond individually to LETS members who are located at the designated address in the area where underwriting is temporarily suspended.
Correspondence contents
1) LETS: The license period of LETS under contract is extended free of charge for 6 months from the current license expiration date.
2) LETS: If the LETS installation kit is damaged or lost, a new kit will be provided.
3) Packaging: If the installation disk is damaged or lost, a replacement will be provided free of charge.

LETS license period extension example
For members whose current license expiration date is June 1, 2016, it will be extended to December 1, 2016, during which LETS will continue to be available. The next renewal procedure will be completed by December 1, 2016, which is the renewal date after the extension is applied.
