The new typeface" Akakane "by Type Designers Yoshiharu Osaki is characterized by vertical strokes and roundness on the outside. In particular, kanji characters have slightly different impressions even if they are the same part, and each character has a unique character. Appointed up-and-coming creator Azusa Tojo to create an image movie for Akakane. Azusa Tojo Profile
Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, Doshisha University. After studying 3d animation at VFS in Canada, he was involved in Stranger Things 2 and the movie Rampage at the vfx company Hydraulx in Vancouver. After that, he was involved in Terminator Dark Fate, Aladdin, StarWars IX, etc. at Lucasfilm (ILM) as a digital paint artist. After that, he moved to the art department and worked as a concept artist on Black Widow, Space Jam2, and currently unreleased works. Currently working independently as a freelancer involved in various projects such as American feature animation and Japanese games.

After working at a bookstore, a typesetting operator, and a design production company, he started working as a freelancer in 1999. After encountering phototypesetting sample books, he developed an interest in typefaces. From typography works using letterpress printing to the production of Japanese typefaces and designs related to characters in a wide range.
