Fontworks Inc. will exhibit at "9th Healthcare / Medical Device Development Exhibition MEDIX" to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from June 20th (Wednesday) to 22nd (Friday), 2018.

As for the fonts to be incorporated into medical devices, the specifications of medical devices have been improved and the screens have become higher definition, and the outline of glyph information is extracted from the bitmap fonts displayed with dots suitable for small displays and low-spec devices. There is an increasing demand for outline fonts that can be stored as line vector data and can be displayed beautifully even if the size is changed arbitrarily, such as enlargement or reduction, by installing one file.

At the Fontworks booth, we will focus on "lightweight fonts" with reduced capacity of outline fonts, which we launched as a new product in April 2018, and incorporate fonts centered on high-quality fonts, as well as customers. We will introduce the font engine and layout engine required for font display, as well as font development according to your needs and product image.
