Do you feel nostalgic or nostalgic about the letters or feel the taste?
This time, we will ask Akiko Ochi, a font designer who creates such fonts, to talk about her work and fonts.
"Fontworks", to which Ochi belongs, is a creative company that has a head office in Fukuoka and produces "typefaces."

Speaker information
Akiko Ochi
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1989. Graduated from Nihon University College of Art, Department of Design. Joined Fontworks Inc. 2012. While learning the basics of typefaces through daily typeface production, he is in charge of designing catch and pop music. The first typeface "PalRamune" will be released in 2017, and the Pal series will be developed one by one.

Born in Fukuoka in 1984. After working at several design offices in Fukuoka, as a freelance director/designer, he is mainly engaged in logo mark, Packaging design, Advertisement production, Event planning and management. Recently, we are also operating a cafe specializing in scones with the members of the office as part of community building.

Born and raised in Fukuoka. After living in Kanto for 10 years, I will live in Fukuoka again from 2011. Bedding manufacturer, researcher, dispatched photographer, foreign IT company, pharmaceutical company...Mother of two children (although it is still big) who have worked and worked differently from time to time. I knew the existence of Ten University for a long time, but the timing was not quite right (for people with children, going out to the town alone on Saturday is a hurdle itself) July 28, 2018 How do you live?-Thinking about future work styles" was the first participation at Ten University.
