We have recently discovered that the email we sent to you regarding the LETS renewal procedure was sent in error.
We deeply apologize for the great inconvenience and concern this incident has caused to everyone involved.

An email with information about the LETS renewal procedure was sent to some people who were not eligible to receive the email from 14:00 on Monday, January 29, 2024 to 13:30 on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Ta.
*People who are not eligible cannot log in or perform update procedures.

Cause

Due to data inconsistency due to LETS function improvement on January 29th (Monday)
