Participated in "Career Design for Fukudai Students" lecture at Fukuoka University

Blog

Hello, this is Fukushima.

On June 22nd (Sat), we were invited as a working adult lecturer to "Career Design for Fukudai Students" lecture at Fukuoka University.

In this lecture, a workshop called "Negative / Positive Dialog" was held.

"Negative / Positive Dialogue" is a workshop in which "university students" and "workers" interact with each other through "photographs" to learn about the actual appearance and reality of work / workers.

Show the students pictures of everyday situations at work, and the students can look at the pictures and anticipate what kind of scene it will be. In response to that expectation, the lecturer for adults explains the pictures to the students so that they can understand the specific scene in which they do their jobs.

In this class, we will understand the gap between "imagination" and "reality" that students are currently envisioning about work, and when students actually go out into society and work, we will find the gap. By filling in even a little, we aim to smoothly transit to society, organization and work.

So, I talked about my daily work as much as possible including not only fun things but also hardships.

I would be happy if what I talked about this time will help students with hope in the future!

From all the students that I have talked about this time,
・ Fun, joy and hard work
・ Surprisingly different from the image
We were able to know such things!

The students who participated in the workshop gave their impressions, "I found it more realistic in my work!"
